Our Directors
Liam Beardshaw
Managing Director
Liam founded Ridings Consulting in 2015 and promotes Ridings as an integral part of any project team, bringing a can-do approach to all projects he is involved in. Based from the Hull office, he oversees the team and the strategic design process in close coordination with all stakeholders.
Matt Dent
Technical Director
Matt has 20 years’ experience within the construction sector and has worked extensively with both consultancy and manufacturing teams gaining knowledge of design, construction and installation. Matt’s role is to take projects from inception to post- occupation and leads the team in the delivery of the detailed engineering and co-ordination.
Gareth Davies
Commercial Director
Gareth brings more than 20 years experience of consulting across a variety of sectors within the construction industry. Leading the team at the Leeds office, his key focus is on the growth of the services, working closely with clients to identify new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
Jill Hoggan
Associate Director
Jill is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and has more than 20 years experience in contracting and consulting in building services. She also has a passion for the development of engineers and plays a key role in leading the Ridings Apprenticeship programme.
