Ridings provided mechanical and electrical design and supervision for the £8.2M Broadacre Primary School development, a new three-form entry facility incorporating a 10-place Autistic Spectrum unit and a 52-place nursery. Delivered to BIM Level 2 standards, the project required fully integrated M&E systems to support diverse educational needs across early years and specialist provision.
Our design achieved a 20% improvement on Building Regulations energy performance and secured a five-star BREEAM rating, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and long-term operational efficiency. Systems were tailored to ensure comfort, adaptability, and ease of maintenance—supporting a safe, inclusive, and future-ready learning environment.
