Ridings delivered mechanical and electrical design and supervision for a new purpose-built office block on a brownfield site, supporting the relocation of GGP Consult Ltd. The building includes ground-level staff parking and two floors of open-plan design studio space tailored to the needs of an architectural and civil consultancy.
